Cancellation Policy- Either party, Executive Support Services or the client can terminate the contract by giving 15 days’ written notice to the other party.
- If your Virtual Assistants performance has not been to the satisfactory level you expected, we will offer you a pro rata-based refund for the days worked.
- It is, however, important to note we can only take the above measures if your disappointment is communicated to us in writing within the first week of partnering with us.
